Shipping within Australia

KEIVO currently ships to addresses within Australia only.

Standard shipping is $9.95 Australia-wide.

Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $99. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when eligible.

Some oversized, bulky or special-handling products may have a separate shipping charge. Where applicable, this will be shown clearly at checkout before payment.

Order Processing

Orders are generally packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment has been confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day. During sale periods, public holidays and peak seasons, dispatch may take a little longer.

Delivery Timeframes

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

• Metro areas: 2–5 business days
• Regional areas: 3–8 business days
• Remote areas: 5–12 business days

These are estimates only. Delivery times can be affected by courier networks, weather, public holidays and other events outside KEIVO’s control.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your delivery.

KEIVO uses trusted third-party delivery partners, including CouriersPlease and other suitable carriers where required.

Most KEIVO products are stocked and dispatched locally from Australia. This helps us provide faster delivery and reliable tracking for Australian customers.

From time to time, selected products may be sent from an alternative fulfilment location. If this applies, the product page or checkout will clearly show the expected dispatch and delivery timeframe before you complete your order.
